It's common for lessons to start 5 minutes late. ⏳ I need to stand, take a break, or prepare for the next lesson.
All lessons finish on time. A typical one-hour lesson is 57-58 minutes. 🕛
I can't offer refunds for lessons. I can't negotiate. 🙅♂️ Please don’t ask. Discounts are available with packages.
